GIMP! I just created a template for it so I can make them easily. What takes the most time is just deciding what colors to use, haha. I’m picky.

I am still really bothered that I couldn’t get the TARDIS color just the way I want it, so if anyone wants to make a color swatch that you think would work better, go ahead and submit it and I might edit the image. Otherwise I’m forced to assume I got it better than I thought, haha.
